“Beautiful views, great price. But just FYI, if you don’t speak German there’s an app to download for your preferred language. But the app only tells you about certain locations, and the tour guide was speaking in German the entire time and giving great stories. Even though I don’t speak German I took my headphones out after a while to try and join in on the jokes! The tour guide seemed very knowledgeable and entertaining, I just wish the app was giving more information.”

“If you're going to Hamburg and the weather is good, I'd recommend that you go on a river boat cruise. You get to see and learn about other parts of Hamburg that you wouldn't necessarily know about or see. The audio guide was in English which is handy if you cannot speak German!”

Download ahead of time on WiFi, and bring earphones. A one hour tour was long enough for my family. We took the 11am tour and afterward headed for lunch at a nearby Portuguese restaurant.”

“Die Tour ist leider ausgefallen, wir haben sie kurzfristig gebucht. Es rief kurze Zeit später die Agentur an, ob wir schon 18:30 statt 21:00 Uhr könnte. Musste ich leider verneinen. Personal am Telefon unfreundlich. 19:30 erneuter Anruf mit der Absage, weil kein Guid gefunden. Wurde erst gegen 22:00 Uhr dann von der Argentur offiziell storniert. Ich muss jetzt mit Klarna „kämpfen“ wegen dem Geld!”
