The historical relevance of the city was demonstrated and being able to get up close to a supper tanker at the Port of Hamburg was worth the entire tour. And seeing the Elbphilharmonie, perched dramatically above the Elbe River in the HafenCity district was a cherished highlight…”

This is solely a relaxing trip down the river, with many very cool photo-ops!! We booked last minute, and it was worth the very affordable price! Instructions are clear on how to arrive and to which pier to go to, just get there 10-15 mins early in case of any changes, because they leave right on time!”

“Beautiful views, great price. But just FYI, if you don’t speak German there’s an app to download for your preferred language. But the app only tells you about certain locations, and the tour guide was speaking in German the entire time and giving great stories. Even though I don’t speak German I took my headphones out after a while to try and join in on the jokes! The tour guide seemed very knowledgeable and entertaining, I just wish the app was giving more information.”
